The Burlingame Space is a creative space for making music: small original music concerts, recitals, rehearsals, classes, lessons, recording sessions and more! The space is available for rental when not in use.

The Burlingame Space was established in April of 2012 and is home to the Portland Youth Jazz Orchestra (PYJO was establisted in 2001).

In addition to the PYJO programs & private music lessons on most instruments, BSpace has hosted guitar ensembles, out of town clinicians, vocal coaches, percussion ensembles, music therepists, The Woodshed Adult Big Band, professional band & sectional rehearsal rentals, clinics & recitals.
